The TickEntry app is developed and operated by Type Visions. The app is designed exclusively for use by authorized theater staff to check in guests whose tickets were purchased through the theater’s website. The app connects to the Tickera API to verify and record ticket check-ins. This app is not intended for public use.
Privacy Policy
TickEntry does not collect or store any personal information directly. The app accesses ticket data provided through the Tickera API, which may include ticket IDs, purchaser names, and associated event details. This data is transmitted securely and used only for verifying valid tickets during check-in.
Type Visions does not sell, share, or otherwise distribute personal data obtained through the app. All information remains the property of Tickera and the theater’s event management system. If temporary data is cached locally, it is cleared after the event or upon manual app refresh.
